Driving the implementation of a marketing plan (including digital) aligned to business growth in target markets
Develop and maintain a content management system for marketing activity that reinforces each service lines unique value proposition.
Develop marketing content and collateral and implement successful marketing campaigns aligned to our Vision, Mission and position in the market.
Maintain brand alignment and consistency in all digital and social media marketing initiatives and communications
Collaborate with the senior team in terms of marketing plans providing feedback, reporting & market insights
In conjunction with Senior Business Development personnel support the development and implementation of an overall Digital Marketing strategy covering SEO, email, Partners and social media.
Support the day-to-day management of key marketing channels including SEO, paid search, social media advertising, email marketing and affiliates.
Develop and implement a digital client engagement & promotional plan to utilise and maximise digital platforms and strengthen the client and prospective client engagement interface
Lead the development and delivery of marketing event activities within the business and with key strategic partnerships aligning to the overall business strategy developing a monthly marketing dashboard for management of key performance indicators and driving ROI
Collaborating with the wider team to ensure that marketing is delivering the collateral they need to support business development activities.

Business Development

Work closely with the HR and Business Development teams to deliver on marketing activities in support of our business development strategy and cross functional goals and to identify new and existing marketing needs
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders ensuring marketing alignment to business growth
Drive new revenue through the generation of leads from agreed marketing event activities with our strategic partners
Build and cultivate new and existing client relationships to drive business development growth
Attend and participate in HR & Employment law events for the Company and with identified key Strategic Partners to the business, to build and deliver upon our annual plans.
Networking at industry events, exploring all industry sectors for new client sourcing and further building market share.

Experience

7 years professional experience, ideally in marketing and business management, professional services/consulting
Experience in the development and implementation of digital and traditional marketing strategies with quantifiable results driving commercial growth
Comfortable with defining plans to help ensure alignment with the business objectives
Built successful relationships with external parties; worked with business owners and executives to explore new opportunities
Consistent track record of exceeding KPI's
Possesses great attention to detail and ability to prioritise workloads according to business focus and opportunity
Experience with SEO, PPC and Social Media Marketing
Ability to work independently, manage multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives
Experience of the marketing & communication process with a strong focus on quality.
Experience with similar B2B Marketing
Excellent content marketing skills, with previous experience in creating engaging content.
A collaborative, proactive and positive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent project management skills.

Qualifications

Degree in Marketing/ Business Management,
Ideally a Master's in Strategic Marketing and/ or Member of the Marketing Institute Ireland
