Learn more at and on and .ADI seeks to hire an NPI planning manager to ensure all parts released are plannable in planning systems. This is a highly dynamic role, will work closely with our BU partners to understand release details and ensures supply planning is successfully completed for release.-Build and lead team of NPI planners-Interface with BU NPCs/ PMs and Production planning-Ensure the parts are plannable once released-Supply planning of key NPIs –wafer risk starts, ensuring backend readiness.Work witb NPI Ramp program management team and support them to ensure flowless ramp execution of NPIs.-Harmonize NPI planning across all legacy companiesInterface with project managers of ongoing system change related projects, understand the impact on NPI Planning and make modifications to NPI planning process if necessary.The role is newly created and will evolve with time to suit the requirements of the team.Qualifications -- 12 - 15 years of demand and supply planning ( NPI planning preferred)- Team management and coaching experience- Degree in Supply Chain/ Operations Management preferred- Semiconductor experience preferred- Extreme attention to details, seasoned planner , can manage multiple high priority releases at once.For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
