Strategic Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior IT and business leaders, shaping digital technology strategies and architectures.
Architecture & Roadmaps: Translate digital strategies into product and platform architectures, and support the development of transformation roadmaps.
Programme Leadership: Lead the technology stream in large-scale digital and channel transformation initiatives.
Delivery & Engineering Support: Guide modern engineering squads during product delivery and contribute to delivery leadership for value realisation.
Digital Experience Design: Build modern digital architectures that enable personalisation, AI-driven assistance, content optimisation, and intelligent cross-channel engagement.

Job QualificationsWhat We're Looking For:

Deep expertise in software engineering with proven experience in senior technology roles, with a strong focus on digital platforms and customer-facing applications.
Proven experience in both digital product architecture & delivery including:

Delivery of world-class digital products using cloud-native architectures & modern engineering approaches, and hands-on experience on cloud-native and composable mobile & web architectures.
Deep understanding of front-end & full-stack technologies (e.g. React, React Native, API, Data) used to support intelligent digital products.
Deep understanding of leading digital platforms (e.g., AWS, MS Azure, Salesforce).
Experience using and integrating with CRM, DXP & CMS over headless API architectures to support intelligent decision-making and personalisation capabilities.
Track record of leading multidisciplinary digital teams and influencing senior stakeholders.

Industry recognition and/or presence for digital product delivery.
Experience in designing architecture and delivering AI solutions to support digital products.
Advanced modern engineering approaches to product development (SRE, DevSecOps, AI for SDLC).
Proven history of leading teams within scaled product & agile delivery programmes.
