With a growing portfolio spanning commercial, pharmaceutical, healthcare, and office interiors — and expanding into high-tech pharma and data centre environments — this is a career-defining opportunity for a rising construction professional.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport senior contracts and project managers across multiple fit-out projectsCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely project deliveryTrack progress reports, variations, timelines, and costs across active sitesAttend site meetings, take minutes, and manage project documentationHelp enforce high standards of safety, quality, and regulatory complianceMaintain strong communication with clients, consultants, and stakeholdersAssist in procurement activities including tendering and scope evaluationsSupport the site teams in identifying and resolving risks or delaysPrepare weekly project updates and assist with progress claims and final account closureIdeal Candidate Profile3–5 years’ experience in construction or interior fit-out environmentsDegree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related fieldExcellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilitiesStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasksPositive, proactive attitude and a desire to learn and growFamiliarity with construction software (e.g. Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam) is advantageousFull driving licence preferredLiving in Dublin
