- Recruit, ensure onboarding and manage customer requests through a structured marketing and sales approach, presenting the added value of HID offers to existing and potential new customers.
- Manage and monitor customer contacts that follow the marketing campaigns referenced in the CRM.
- Ensure regular follow-up with our customers in order to provide an advisory approach, analyze and understand their needs, and provide optimization solutions.
- Support the Regional Sales Team in the evangelization of our portfolio of offers and our value proposition.
- Keep yourself informed regularly of the evolution of HID product and service offerings, and of transformations in the group's strategy regarding new offers offered to customers.
- Own and develop the Inside Sales motion for Eastern Europe as the primary regional focus, with potential extension into Southern Europe, in close collaboration with regional Sales and Marketing teams.
- Professional, dynamic, friendly and with a genuine interest in business.
- Skilled in reporting, forecasting and presentation coupled with endless stamina and resilience to successfully transform prospects into customers.

- Working knowledge of CRM.
- Bachelor Degree or Equivalent.
- A minimum of 5 years experience managing accounts.
- Demonstrable ability to hit sales targets.
- Previous experience of selling Physical Access Control solutions would be an advantage.
- Experience in a solution selling environment specifically Saas and/or Cloud based licensing models would be desirable.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work as a self-starter, but also a work effectively as part of a team.
- Hands on attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects, successfully prioritizing.
- Knowledge/experience of selling RFID / Physical Access Control solutions.
- Speaking an Eastern European language is a strong advantage, with Polish being particularly desirable.
- Compliance to all relevant HID Global policies and procedures related to Quality, Security, Safety, Business Continuity, and Environmental systems.
- Travel and fieldwork, including international travel may be required. Therefore, employee must possess, or be able to acquire a valid passport.
