- Monitor tender opportunities and manage submission timelines.
- Coordinate documentation for public and private sector tenders.
- Maintain contract registers and track renewals and compliance requirements.
- Liaise with internal teams and suppliers for technical and pricing information.
- Provide high-quality administrative and project support to sales and management teams.
- Generate sales reports, dashboards and maintain accurate databases.
- Assist with stock queries and supplier communications.
- Support marketing activities, customer communications, and event coordination.
- Experience in a multi-faceted, fast-paced administrative or project-based role.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP or Sage experience desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Experience in contracts/tenders administration or healthcare/medical supply environments is advantageous but not essential.
- Professional, confident, and customer-focused.
- Highly organised with a methodical approach.
- Adaptable, flexible, and eager to take on varied tasks.
- Self-motivated, proactive problem-solver.
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
