Are you an experienced and highly organised administrator looking to take on a dynamic, varied role within a fast-growing organisation? Our client is seeking a Sales Operations Administrator to support internal operations, assist the sales team, and manage key processes that contribute to overall business performance.About the RoleThis is a hands-on, office-based role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing multiple priorities. You will work closely with management, suppliers, and a field-based sales team, taking ownership of administrative processes, projects, and contract/tender management activities.Key ResponsibilitiesContracts & Tender Management
  • Monitor tender opportunities and manage submission timelines.
  • Coordinate documentation for public and private sector tenders.
  • Maintain contract registers and track renewals and compliance requirements.
  • Liaise with internal teams and suppliers for technical and pricing information.
Sales & Operations Support
  • Provide high-quality administrative and project support to sales and management teams.
  • Generate sales reports, dashboards and maintain accurate databases.
  • Assist with stock queries and supplier communications.
  • Support marketing activities, customer communications, and event coordination.
Skills & Requirements
  • Experience in a multi-faceted, fast-paced administrative or project-based role.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP or Sage experience desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer-first approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Experience in contracts/tenders administration or healthcare/medical supply environments is advantageous but not essential.
