- Lead and motivate a cross-functional team to deliver performance excellence and long-term business improvements.
- Responsible for leading large-scale strategic plant level projects. Influence the adaption of DMAIC Methodology to drive business results through the adaption of digital solutions to drive Value Improvement Process (VIP) in functional areas through LBP.
- Responsible for driving efficiency, OH and VIP savings within the current manufacturing process to support the site P&L using Line blow ups and kaizen events.
- Drive digital transformation with manufacturing operations, spearheading AI-driven innovation and advanced analytics to optimise manufacturing and business processes.
- Influence and collaborate across all levels of the organisation to shape site strategy and deliver high-value improvement projects.
- Champion Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to achieve operational efficiency, cost savings, and world-class quality.
- Create a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and inclusion, while developing and retaining top talent.
- Proven track record in senior leadership with strong people management and influencing skills.
- Hands-on experience delivering innovation through AI and leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to inspire change, engage stakeholders, and deliver results at pace.
