Red D are recruiting an Operations Manager for a contemporary four-star hotel in Dublin City Centre.This is a high-impact, senior role in a property known for its great food, lively events, and consistently strong service. With a popular bar and bistro, and event spaces that host everything from board meetings to large receptions, this hotel is well-regarded and busy year-round.We're looking for an Operations Manager who's confident running day-to-day hotel operations and knows how to get the best from their team. You'll support the General Manager and head office with the smooth running of all departments, including food & beverage, front office, housekeeping and maintenance. You'll need to be hands-on, commercially aware, and focused on delivering a high standard of guest experience.Hotel experience is essential. This role won't suit someone from standalone restaurants or venues - we're looking for someone who understands how a full-service hotel runs, both front and back of house.You'll also have a key role in planning, budgeting, managing costs, and aligning resources to keep the operation efficient and on track.The ideal Operations Manager will have:

At least 3-4 years of senior operations experience in a hotel
A background managing food & beverage, front office and events
A calm, confident leadership style and a genuine interest in developing teams
Strong communication skills and a clear focus on guest satisfaction
A solid grasp of budgets, wage controls, planning and KPIs
