Red D are recruiting a General Manager for an upmarket boutique hotel.This is a brilliant opportunity to take the lead in a high-profile hospitality business that's entering a very exciting chapter. With significant investment underway, including the development of a standout new wellness experience, this is a chance to make a real impact.We're looking for a General Manager with presence, warmth and strong commercial ability. Someone who can be the face of the business while leading from the front. You'll be fully responsible for operations, strategy, guest experience and team performance, and will work closely with committed owners who are serious about quality and long-term growth.This is a role that calls for real presence, day-to-day involvement and genuine leadership. It needs someone who's comfortable balancing budgets and KPIs with visibility on the floor and strong team engagement. Someone who understands that hospitality isn't just about processes but about people, care and experience.You'll be stepping into a design-led property with a strong reputation, a loyal team and real potential. The hotel is well supported by a growing hospitality group who are backing this next phase with meaningful investment and serious intent.You'll need to bring:

Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager in a high-quality property
Strong commercial skills across budgeting, forecasting, performance and planning
A clear, grounded leadership style with high personal standards
A genuine interest in wellness, lifestyle and guest experience
The ability to represent the property with confidence and care
A team-focused mindset and the presence to motivate and guide
