- Allocate and schedule service tasks for a team of engineers.
- Liaise with engineers to ensure response times are adhered to.
- Handle customer queries efficiently through effective communication.
- Manage client accounts using dedicated software packages.
- Liaise with internal departments daily.
- Write reports
- Deal with a high volume of phone calls.
- A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- High level of computer literacy, including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience in product order and invoicing customers.
- Experience in working with SAP.
- Experience with the healthcare sector.
- Salary - €32k - €34k DOE
- 22 days Annual Leave
