- Develop and deliver the overall eCommerce strategy aligned with business growth objectives
- Drive qualified traffic through digital marketing and performance channels
- Optimise conversion through continuous improvements to UX, CRO, content and merchandising
- Own and manage the eCommerce platform, roadmap and site enhancements
- Analyse sales, traffic and customer behaviour to identify opportunities and performance gaps
- Define, track and report on key KPIs, using insights to optimise trading performance
- Manage online product catalogues, stock visibility, imagery and digital assets
- Deliver effective cross-selling, upselling and AOV growth initiatives
- Ensure a strong and consistent online brand presence across website, CRM and social platforms
- Manage and optimise the digital marketing budget to maximise ROI
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing and market trends
- Partner with external web development agencies to deliver customer-centric digital solutions
- Stay ahead of emerging eCommerce trends, tools and technologies
- Strong hands-on eCommerce experience within a retail or direct-to-consumer environment
- Proven success driving online sales, conversion and growth
- Experience managing eCommerce platforms and online trading performance
- Deep understanding of CRO, UX and customer behaviour
- Strong digital marketing capability, including paid search and paid social
- Highly analytical, commercially minded and results-focused
- A proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Degree in E-Commerce, Business, Digital Marketing or similar
- 3+ years' experience in a comparable role
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable influencing across teams and working with external partners
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and resilient
