We are always striving to be betterPurpose of the Role:Leadership and management of the Warehouse, Dispatch team members to achieve our business goals and objectives on a continuous basis and always seeking and implementing ways to improve, promoting Teamwork and interdepartmental collaboration.Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

To manage the day to day running of the warehouse
Working with other departments to ensure that stock is picked and loaded on time and within the agreed procedures
Review daily dispatch schedule and implement work plan with warehouse operatives to ensure daily objectives are met
Using KBS system to capture all information correctly
Ensure all Tranships are loaded to meet DOT and all shorts are reported
Comply with Health and Safety standards– Support the reduction of LTI
Promote H&S best practise for plans throughout business
Sustain compliance standards (Team/ Machine/ Environment), for all Daily and customer Audits.

Work efficiently with QC Team Members to achieve internal and external customer requirements
Excellent communication with team to understand goals and targets on a continuous basis
Coaching and development of Warehouse team members
Team and individual performance Management
Drive performance of the team to maximise efficiency
To actively promote health & safety standards, engage in implementing health and safety protocols, and contribute to a risk-free work environment for all, playing a crucial role in mitigating workplace risks and promoting the well-being of all team members.

Desirable:

Previous Warehouse Management experience preferable.
KBS Skilled
Capable of developing to the next level.
