Description du poste:We have an excellent opportunity for a Pastry Chef de Partie to join our five star Park Hotel Kenmare, a member of Relais & Chateaux.Our team are passionate, highly motivated individuals striving to provide an exceptional fine dining experience for our customers.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with fine dining experience to progress their career and to be involved in creating a unique pastry offering to our customers.Duties include:Focus on customer satisfaction by providing the highest food quality in the kitchen sections, ensuring outstanding attention to detail.Follow the Park Hotel Kenmare Kitchen standards of quality, preparation and recipesEnsure product consistency in terms of seasonings, portions and appearance of dishes.Be able to self-motivate to ensure that mis-en-place is always prepared for day ahead.Have a strong creative mind for food presentation and be able to bring new ideas to menu creation.Maintaining a good working relationship with the rest of the kitchen team as well as Front of House, ensuring good communication.Ability to work under pressure at times with the kitchen teamComplying with health and safety regulations, including HACCP.1 - 2 years Previous pastry experience in a similar environmentEnsure supplies of ingredients and consumables are ordered routinely.Our ideal chef has an excellent understanding of their produce and with an eye for the attention to detail.
