- Conduct quality assurance on paperwork and KYC documentation
- Ensure GDPR compliance for all back-office data handling
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, and other internal departments
- Analyse data to support departmental and business-wide decisions
- Provide regular management reporting and insights
- Problem solving and merchant support
- Bachelor degree in Faculty of Economics, Business Administration, Organizational Sciences, Economics, Law or similar
- 5+ years of experience in team leading
- Experience in a sales support, administrative or back-office role
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Legal right to work in Ireland
