OpportunityExcellent opportunity to join a World Class EPCM company as a Structural Engineer on Cork based project, this is a hybrid role offering competitive rates.RoleThe Structural Engineer position entails performing structural design and calculations, collaborating with Revit designers, overseeing junior engineers, and engaging in cross-disciplinary collaboration within the design team.As a Structural Engineer, you will be part of a civil and structural team responsible for developing, coordinating, and finalizing structural design deliverables. Offering comprehensive design service for clients, managing projects from concept to detailed design and supporting construction phases. As a senior engineer, you will have the opportunity to gain experience in Life Sciences projects and collaborate with our in-house discipline teams, clients, and construction management teams.RequirementsStrong grasp of structural design principles, particularly Eurocode standards
Proficiency in using structural design software like STAAD, Tekla, and Robot
Experience in various design projects, including multi-discipline ones, using Navisworks and Revizto software
Effective communication skills
Exposure to industrial design is beneficial
Ability to mentor junior engineers
Regular participation in internal design team and model review meetings
