Technical & Professional Skills:
  • Highly proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp
  • In-depth knowledge of current Building Regulations
  • Capable of preparing:
  • Planning drawings
  • Fire Safety Certificates
  • Disability Access Certificates (DAC)
  • Tender drawings and specifications
  • Experienced in project coordination and site management
  • Able to take ownership of multiple projects and lead client interactions from concept through to completion
Requirements:
  • Qualified with a degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or a similar course
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Irish market.
