You will be joining a team of highly trained Community Nurses delivering quality and caring services into facilities / private homes.Our Company is the leading national provider of Community Paediatric Care in Ireland and we are the HSE approved provider. We have over 250 nurses providing care nationally. Within our nursing cohort all staff are assigned to small teams who report to a dedicated Client Care Nurse Manager (RCN/RGN), ensuring full support at all times. Our Clinical Support Teams are available 24/7/365.Successful candidates will be offered the following package;Employment Contract • Typical earnings of €45,000 – €50,000 per annum
  • Sunday and Bank Holiday Premiums paid
  • Permanent Full Time Contract of Employment o Minimum Day Rate €19.00 per Hour
o Minimum Night Rate €20.00 Per Hour o Guarantee of 39 hours a weeko Immediate work placemento 4 working weeks paid annual leaveo Professional development and access to further education o Service Bonus
  • FREE Airfare to Ireland
  • FREE RCSI Aptitude Test – full fees paid €2,800
  • FREE Registration with the Garda National Immigration Bureau Fee Paid - €300
  • FREE NMBI Registration Fee Paid - €145
  • PAID Atypical Working Scheme Application Fee Paid - €250
  • PAID Critical Skills Permit Application Fee Paid - €1,000
  • Meet and greet service at the airport by your Client Care Manager (RGN/RCN) on arrival and transport to accommodation
  • Free accommodation provided for a period of up to 6 weeks
  • Living allowance of €365 per week until NMBI PIN number is issued
  • Welcome Pack
o €50 credit towards mobile phone, plus local SIM cardo €50 credit towards transport
  • Full orientation, induction and mentoring programme, including Liaison Officers provided to support;
o Sourcing of long-term accommodation post Adaptation o Assistance with community integration o Family relocation
  • Support in preparation for successful completion of RCSI Adaptation exam • Free training with the Organisations’ Training Academy - this covers a range of refresher nurse training and bespoke training for complex nursing care supports tailored for Community Care Nursing and Homecare

Ideal Profile
  • Candidates must have at least five to six years experience with a minimum of two years as a PICU or NICU nurse/acute paediatrics and the confidence to work as a paediatric homecare nurse.
  • IELTS/OET
  • Valid and in date passport
  • NMBI Decision letter
  • Strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
