- Review and enhance O&M plans for power systems, HVAC and BMS systems.
- Analyse energy usage data and recommend optimisation strategies to elevate our energy efficiency.
- Promote and coordinate with suppliers for equipment inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Review fault reports and monitor the fault handling process to ensure swift resolutions.
- Participate in planning for data centre infrastructure upgrades and expansions.
- Review and suggest improvements to the supplier's operation and maintenance SOPs.
- Ensure 24/7 stable operation and supervise emergency response measures.
- Manage our internal O&M team, assigning tasks and evaluating performance.
- Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to meet our business needs.What We're Looking For:- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering or HVAC Engineering.
- At least 1 year of experience in data centre O&M.
- In-depth understanding of data centre power systems and HVAC operating principles, along with familiarity with AutoCAD.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., electrical engineer, HVAC engineer).
- Knowledge of data centre industry standards and regulations.
- Strong supplier management and team leadership abilities.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation and project management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond swiftly in emergencies.
