Experience with navigation of Land Direct required; Registering Deeds with the Property Registration Authority; Assisting with mortgage and loan procedures; Filing Stamp Duty returns and other enquiries online via ROS; Preparing document bibles and data room Dictation experience essential; Strong IT skills; Advanced MS Office Skills;
