Role – Bid Manager
Location – Dublin
Main Contractor
Salary €100K – €120K DOE
Permanent roleOur client a leading Main contractor is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to lead the
tendering process across a range of commercial & residential projects in the Greater Dublin area.Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full bid lifecycle from enquiry to submission
Coordinate internal teams (estimating, planning, design, commercial)
Develop winning bid strategies and technical submissions
Review tender documents, identifying risks and opportunities
Support pricing strategy and lead post-tender negotiations

Requirements:

5–10+ years’ experience in a similar role with a main contractor
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying
Strong knowledge of the Irish construction market
Proven track record in delivering successful bids
Excellent communication and organisational skills

Package:

€100,000 – €120,000+ DOE
