We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic about the media industry. You will have an understanding of the media agency's place within advertising and marketing, and have a desire to learn and develop. This role is part of a focused specialist team in the agency that manages all aspects of digital media delivery for our clients. You will be an integral part of managing client's campaigns from start to finish, interacting with internal stakeholders (across planning and other specialist teams) as well as external partners such as creative agencies and media owners. Crucially, you will get hands on experience in the use of tech platforms to enable you to deliver digital media campaigns. Through this experience you will develop a strong understanding of digital campaign performance, trends and insights. This role is across 2 key areas; 1. Buying & Trading •Directly manage accounts buying to ensure the highest standard •Process the digital buying of campaigns, ensuring they meet our audit commitments and the best use of budget in the current trading environment •Ensure that digital campaigns are fully actualised each month to enable Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable to do their jobs •Work alongside Insights team to feed market condition recommendations alongside trading considerations back into the planning loop •Build excellent relationships with planning teams within the agencies and 2. Ad Operations •Directly manage accounts trafficking to ensure the highest standard •Understand the trafficking requirements for the briefed campaign and what is the best setup to deliver the campaign effectively •Collaborate closely with the Programmatic team to ensure highest communication is in place for everyone to understand the project timelines on upcoming campaigns •Work alongside Insights team to feed campaign performances back into the planning loop as well as to inform wider agency insight outputs •Ensure that performance accounts have suitable and up to date site tagging in place to enable performance media to operate •Support dynamic creative offering, to ensure our key clients stay at the cutting edge Key Skills •Masters in Digital Marketing preferred •1+ years of digital operations platforms (CM360 ideally) •Inquisitive, curious, and ambitious, with a can-do attitude •Accuracy and attention to detail is a prerequisite, with strong numeracy skills, and strong Microsoft Excel proficiency •Experience supporting dynamic display creative optimisation a plus •Encourage independence and an expectation of ongoing research, learning and best practice within the team •Comfortable developing strategies based off a sound technical understanding of the digital eco system and the available platforms •Have strong organisational skills as applied through an ability to manage multiple projects at once •Fantastic written communication and interpersonal skills •Good listeners and team players required •Action orientated + driven for results
