This role is designed to offer hands-on experience across the employee lifecycle and exposure to a dynamic HR environment with a strong emphasis on delivering a positive customer experience to internal stakeholders.Responsibilities :

Act as first point of contact and resolve HR support requests through the local HR application tool with a customer-focused mindset.
Providing efficient and effective HR support as part of the employee lifecycle ensuring an exceptional customer experience for employees.
Support the HR team with HR initiatives and projects as required.
Demonstrate strong learning agility and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Proactively identify and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement in HR processes, applying a solution-focused and employee-centric approach
