The RoleThe primary purpose of the Project Manager is to ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of project DAWN-related elements to ensure the supply of medicines and medical supplies is not interrupted.This role plays a critical part in coordinating efforts across various stakeholders, managing resources effectively, and ensuring the timely delivery of the transition plans to move Allphar principal stock across warehouses.
  • Project Planning and Execution: Together with the Key account manager and Allphar supplier, development of the individual project plan for stock movement.
  • Supply Chain Oversight: Work closely with the operations team to ensure the timely movement of stock to G2 / G1.
  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential risks to project success and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring continuity of supply and adherence to quality standards.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular progress reports, maintain accurate project documentation, and conduct post-project evaluations to derive insights for future improvements.

Key Skills & Experiences
  • Project Management Expertise: Proven experience in managing complex projects within the healthcare sector
  • An Engineering background is a plus, but not a must-have
  • Supply Chain Knowledge: Strong understanding of supply chain logistics and procurement processes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, adept at interacting with diverse stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyse challenges, develop solutions, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Adaptability: Flexible and capable of working in dynamic environments, adjusting strategies as per evolving project needs.
  • Leadership: Experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
