- Project Planning and Execution: Together with the Key account manager and Allphar supplier, development of the individual project plan for stock movement.
- Supply Chain Oversight: Work closely with the operations team to ensure the timely movement of stock to G2 / G1.
- Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential risks to project success and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring continuity of supply and adherence to quality standards.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular progress reports, maintain accurate project documentation, and conduct post-project evaluations to derive insights for future improvements.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to align project objectives with broader organizational strategies.
- Result Orientation: Focused on achieving project goals while maintaining quality standards.
- Collaboration: Skilled at fostering collaboration and building strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.

- Project Management Expertise: Proven experience in managing complex projects within the healthcare sector
- An Engineering background is a plus, but not a must-have
- Supply Chain Knowledge: Strong understanding of supply chain logistics and procurement processes.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, adept at interacting with diverse stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to analyse challenges, develop solutions, and make data-driven decisions.
- Adaptability: Flexible and capable of working in dynamic environments, adjusting strategies as per evolving project needs.
