We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager for 22 Bar & Restaurant at Castleknock Hotel. We are currently recruiting for an ambitious, creative and experienced Manager who is looking for a new challenge.Castleknock Hotel is an award-winning 4 Star hotel in Castleknock, Dublin 15. Our Hotel comprises of 190 bedrooms, Tonic Health Club, The Spa, 22 Bar and Restaurant, Earth & Vine Restaurant, Limetree Bar and extensive Conference & Banqueting facilities. Previous Restaurant/Bar experience in Ireland, in a large venue
The ability to engage well with guests to provide an outstanding guest experience
Excellent attention to detail & a good level of knowledge of cash procedure, labour costs and budget.
The ability to work with the Chef's and Hotel Senior team to deliver excellent standards of performance
To be a mentor to the team and to have a positive impact on their development
Outgoing and friendly personality
Have a professional image at all times in line with the Hotel standards
Be committed to the future direction of the F&B team
Be flexible with working hours (must be available for weekends, early starts and late finishes)
