- Previous Restaurant/Bar experience in Ireland, in a large venue
- The ability to engage well with guests to provide an outstanding guest experience
- Excellent attention to detail & a good level of knowledge of cash procedure, labour costs and budget.
- The ability to work with the Chef's and Hotel Senior team to deliver excellent standards of performance
- To be a mentor to the team and to have a positive impact on their development
- Outgoing and friendly personality
- Have a professional image at all times in line with the Hotel standards
- Be committed to the future direction of the F&B team
- Be flexible with working hours (must be available for weekends, early starts and late finishes)
