- Partner with our People Managers & Leaders to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Ensure active sourcing of candidates to fill specialised positions in variety of functional areas.
- Drive the recruitment from opening to close.
- Participate in the interview process, offering insights and recommendations for candidate selection.
- Act as a primary point of contact for Sligo site employees and people managers/leaders to address HR-related inquiries and resolve issues.
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues, conducting thorough and objective investigations when necessary.
- Promote a positive work environment and culture, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Guide and support Sligo site people managers/leaders in conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans.
- Analyze performance metrics and identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop retention strategies to reduce turnover and retain top talent.
- Work with Regional HR Manager & L&D Manager to identify training needs and coordinate the delivery of relevant training programs for Sligo manufacturing site.
- Support the development of employees through coaching, mentoring, and career planning.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Support the annual merit review process for Sligo manufacturing site.
- Advise management on policy and guideline interpretation, and job evaluation.

- Stay updated on changes in Irish employment law and HR best practices.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures at Sligo site to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner, ideally within the pharmaceutical/manufacturing industry.
- Experience in a variety of HR disciplines, including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and training.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
