Salary: Competitive + Benefits + Car AllowanceWe are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead large-scale mechanical projects from tender to completion. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, dynamic contractor delivering high-profile projects across data centres, pharmaceutical facilities, and commercial builds.Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of mechanical projects from tender to handover.
- Work with sales and proposals teams to prepare bids, cost estimates, and project plans.
- Manage and mentor project teams, supervisors, and subcontractors.
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Attend site regularly to monitor progress, quality, and health & safety compliance.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, representing the business at meetings.
- Prepare project programmes, risk assessments, and method statements (RAMS).
- Manage contract documentation and ensure compliance with all requirements.
- Identify and manage project risks to maintain profitability and client satisfaction.
- 5+ years' Project Management experience in mechanical services.
- Background in mechanical engineering, ideally with HVAC systems knowledge.
- Experience in high-spec environments such as data centres or pharma sites.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and commercial skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Full driving licence is essential.
