- Providing leadership and guidance to the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Develop targeted marketing strategies and messaging to effectively position our solutions to each segment.
- Developing and implementing of Demand Generation and Lead Nurturing programs to drive qualified leads and opportunities for the sales team.
- Creating innovative marketing campaigns to position Circit as a leader in the industry.
- Collaborating with design teams to produce visually compelling content.
- Creating sales collateral and content for target users to drive customer acquisition.
- Developing a deep understanding of products and value propositions to drive revenue opportunities.
- Facilitating brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for brand and growth marketing.
- Owning the Circit brand and ensuring consistency across all communications.
- Collaborating with product SMEs to align marketing efforts with market requirements.
- Tracking and communicating market trends internally to support knowledge building.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
- Conduct regular analysis of marketing performance metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness and optimize campaigns.
- You must be ready to work in a fast paced, high growth environment, with a large amount of flexibility required.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in a busy marketing department.
- Experience with Account-Based Marketing strategies and tactics.
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience in a SaaS B2B business is preferred.
- Ability to maintain quality standards across digital platforms.
