- Execute a roadmap aligned with business goals, identifying market trends and B2C customer needs.
- Lead the lifecycle of digital products, focusing on frontend optimization and seamless B2C transaction flows.
- Lead cross-functional teams (IT, Design, Marketing) through Agile processes, managing backlogs, Epics, and User Stories.
- Use KPIs and customer feedback to drive data-driven optimization and performance attribution.
- Act as the bridge between technical teams and business leadership to sell the benefits of omnichannel solutions.
- Ensure all digital assets meet regulatory and security standards.
- 5+ years in Digital/Product Management, with a proven track record managing B2C eCommerce products.
- Strong UX intuition and experience solving frontend problems; ability to run discovery workshops and research sessions.
- Analytical and commercially astute, with the initiative to drive projects to completion.
