This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Electrical Assembly Team Lead to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.What's on Offer:

- Understanding production requirements and resource demands on the assembly department.
- Working with planning department to ensure resources and build areas are identified ahead of build.
- Attending project specific meetings with Project, Design and Software Engineers and Team Leads.
- Holding daily update meetings with Senior Assembly Technicians.
- Understanding and reporting on project status and determine if on schedule.
- Carrying out regular performance reviews to include personal development plans and personal improvement plans.
- High degree of organisational knowledge
- Good IT literacy - Ability to produce simple digital reports.
- Proven scheduling and resource allocation skills
- Excellent knowledge of automation equipment and exceptional quality standards
- Demonstrated leadership ability.
