Document Controller - Data Centres - DublinWe are currently partnering with a Tier-2 Design and Build contractor specialising in Data Centres across Europe. Due to continuous growth, they are looking to expand their team further with an experienced Document Controller in Dublin, Ireland.Responsibilities

Document Management & Control:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date control of all project documentation, ensuring documents are correctly filed, distributed, and stored according to the project document control procedures and ISO standards.

Drawing & Submittal Coordination:

Track and manage the flow of technical drawings, RFIs, submittals, and other project deliverables between design teams, consultants, and subcontractors, ensuring timely review and approvals.

System Administration:

Manage and maintain the project's Common Data Environment (CDE), such as Aconex, Viewpoint, Procore, or similar platforms, ensuring all users are trained and supported in system usage.

Compliance & Audit Readiness:

Ensure all documentation complies with contractual, regulatory, and client requirements. Support QA/QC processes by preparing for audits and maintaining traceability of document revisions and approvals.

Interface with Project Teams:

Collaborate closely with design managers, engineers, construction managers, and site teams to ensure document workflows support project deadlines and milestones without delays.RequirementsMust be based in or within a commutable distance of Dublin
Must have 5+ years' experience in a similar role
Must have previous experience on Data Centres or similar large scale construction projectsBenefits€60,000 - €65,000 + Package
