They advise on IP protection, enforcement, strategic management, valuation, and monetization for a diverse client base. Dublin is a vital new office, and new team members are warmly welcomed globally.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a member of this growing team, you will:

Advise on and act in high-value IP litigation across various IP rights (patents, trademarks, designs, copyright).
Advise on AI and associated risk management issues.
Support a "client first" service level.
Assist IP Partners in practice development.
Support firm and Dublin office strategic objectives.
Contribute to business development, client relationships, and network growth (including potential secondments).

About YouThe successful candidate will have excellent academic achievement and a strong desire to develop technical IP law knowledge. Key qualifications include:

Ability to work efficiently on complex IP and AI matters with senior colleagues.
Some experience in complex IP litigation is desirable.
Desire to work in an international, team-based firm.
Clear understanding of a leading commercial law firm's operations.
Genuine interest in developing a career in AI, a fast-growing area for the Dublin IP team.
