Aureol Global Connections is actively seeking a knowledgeable and driven Project Manager for HV Power to join our dedicated team. In this specialized role, you will be responsible for leading and managing high voltage power projects from initiation through to completion. Your focus will be on ensuring that projects adhere to tight schedules, budgets, and technical specifications while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. As a Project Manager for HV Power, you will collaborate closely with engineering, procurement, and construction teams, as well as with stakeholders to ensure that deliverables meet both client expectations and regulatory requirements. Lead the planning and execution of HV power projects, ensuring all project phases are completed on time and within budget.
Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans in alignment with project goals.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure seamless project execution.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address any project challenges.
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, presentations, and briefs for management and stakeholders.
Conduct project reviews and post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and improve future project performance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in HV power projects, with a strong understanding of electrical systems.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead teams effectively.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred.
