- Provide assistance to the legal team as required
- Review and/or prepare draft NDAs
- Review supplier standard terms and conditions of sale/supply
- Review customer contracts
- Provide support and advice on contract management (dealing with day to day queries on contracts), with support from the legal team
- Assist with drafting agreements and amendments to agreements
- Document preparation and administrative tasks - prepare legal documents such as termination letters, letters of dispute, compile contracts, format legal documents, document management, locate and store documents (hard and electronic copies)
- Arrange contract signing
- Assist the Legal team by carrying out legal research
- Ad hoc duties
- Graduate with law degree or other relevant qualification
- Excellent proficiency in English (written and oral)
- Excellent IT skills with an excellent level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel to produce a high quality documentation and to maintain presentations, records, spread sheets and databases.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle tasks with confidentiality.
- Ability to manage assigned tasks in an assertive, efficient and timely manner.
- Ability to accurately interpret and follow instructions.
