They are working nationwide across both the public and private sectors with delivery of quality projects across sectors including Fit-out, Refurbishment, Healthcare, Hospitality, Residential, Industrial, Educational and Controlled Environments.This company deliver projects from €500,000 up to €50 million and strives to be Irelands leading contractor in their chosen markets for providing innovative solutions. They have offices in Dublin, Cork, The Midlands and London.You will work under the Construction Director to deliver projects from mobilisation right through to commissioning and handover.Requirements

5-10+ years' experience as a Project Manager with a Main Contractor
Proven experience in High-Rise Residential (RC Frame), Housing, or Commercial/Retail projects (Ireland/UK)
Strong leadership and team management skills
In-depth knowledge of BCAR, Irish Building Regulations, and Health & Safety standards
Level 8 Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar
