- Build strong communication with hotel management and other departments
- Stay ahead of industry trends, bringing new ideas and innovation to the food experience
- Proven experience as an Executive Head Chef in a leading 4 or 5-star hotel
- Strong leadership ability with a genuine passion for training, mentoring and team development
- Excellent knowledge of Irish produce and current food trends
- Commercially aware with solid experience managing budgets and costs
- Calm, organised and professional under pressure
- In-depth understanding of HACCP and compliance requirements
