- Support the preparation of Group consolidated financial statements under IFRS/US GAAP
- Assist with external reporting requirements, including annual and interim results
- Contribute to Board and Audit Committee reporting packs
- Liaise with auditors and external advisors across the reporting cycle
- Support corporate activities including acquisitions, restructuring, and entity management
- Assist with the implementation of group-wide accounting policies and controls
- Drive improvements in reporting processes and financial governance
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to support accurate reporting
- Contribute to finance projects and ad-hoc analysis
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA), ideally from a Big 4 / Top 10 background
- Strong technical accounting and financial reporting knowledge
- Interest in corporate finance and group-level activities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable
