- Develop and refine forecasts using statistical models, sales data, and market insights
- Analyse sales trends, seasonality, promotions, and new launches to improve forecast accuracy
- Monitor forecast performance, identify bias, and implement corrective actions
- Prepare demand review packs and lead discussions with relevant teams
- Convert forecasts into inventory requirements and coordinate with supply teams to avoid shortages or excess
- Identify supply chain risks and recommend solutions
- Support product launches and lifecycle transitions
- Communicate forecast changes and risks clearly to stakeholders
- Participate in planning meetings and contribute to process improvements
- Maintain data accuracy across planning systems
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analysis, ideally within a manufacturing or home improvement environment
- Advanced Excel and planning tool proficiency
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities
- Proactive, flexible, and team-oriented mindset
- Able to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
