Senior / Lead Beauty Therapist

- Be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and support of the therapy team
- Oversee the quality, hygiene, and safety standards across treatment rooms
- Ensure smooth communication between therapists, reception, and management
- Deliver advanced skin and body treatments to the highest standard
- Mentor junior staff and lead by example in all client interactions
- Support ongoing training, development, and performance standards within the team
- Lead and motivate the therapy team to deliver exceptional service
- Maintain treatment protocols and health & safety procedures
- Ensure all treatments are carried out to the clinic’s renowned standards
- Liaise effectively between team members and management
- Assist in scheduling, treatment planning, and client flow
- Participate in consultations, providing personalised treatment and skincare recommendations
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in a beauty or skin clinic setting
- Recognised qualifications (ITEC/CIBTAC/CIDESCO or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of advanced skin treatments and holistic therapies
- Previous leadership or mentoring experience within a clinic or spa setting
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
