Digital Transformation Project Manager | Contractor | 12 months | Fully onsite |East GalwayWe're looking for a skilled Digital Transformation Project Manager .The position involves managing and coordinating the deployment of manufacturing systems, working with cross-functional teams around the globe. The deployment includes, but is not limited to, Siemens OpsCenter (Camstar MES), Aveva PI, LIMS, and SCADA Ignition.What You'll Do:
  • Assume an IT project manager leadership role for the complete scope of systems and applications required to establish manufacturing operability.
  • Manage all of the activities required by the clients IT Software Development Lifecycle, which is the principal executional roadmap for IT projects.
  • Maintain ownership of the project's schedule and key milestones.
  • Impartially represent the status of the project and its overall health to stakeholders, team members and other constituents through regular status reports and updates.
  • Maintain optics on all portions of the work effort to orchestrate and referee attainment of key milestones, deliverables and work outputs through team collaboration.
  • Gain knowledge and proficiency in the use of the company's project management tools, best practices and quality standards.
  • Complete assigned training in the clients learning management system ("LMS") when required.
  • Identify and broker deviations that impact the project's "Plan of Record" via tasks, collaborations and other activities and problem-solving approaches that remediate risks and issues as they arise.
  • Work with team members to maintain a healthy and positive "project culture" to ensure harmony, good communication and good collaborations that lead to good outcomes.
What You Bring:
  • Degree in relevant discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in Digital TransformationProject Management in a regulated environment (medical device/pharma).
  • Deep knowledge of Siemens OpsCenter (Camstar MES), Aveva PI, LIMS, and SCADA Ignition.
  • Proven experience developing validation plans, protocols, and risk assessments.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
