As a Site Engineer with electrical experience, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of various production equipment, with a focus on electrical systems. This role is based in North Dublin.Salary is negotiable based on experience including end of year bonus.Hours of work are 45 hours per week, on a shift roaster, 5am -2pm / 2pm -11pm.Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine maintenance of PA systems to ensure optimal performance.
Execute daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance tasks and maintain accurate records.
Ensure Riggs depositors are maintained in top condition through regular inspections and maintenance activities.
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks and maintain detailed records.
Maintain slicers, bag fillers, bag sealers, and other High Care equipment in optimal condition.
Train superusers on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
Promptly report any defects or malfunctions in machinery to Production Managers for timely resolution.
Maintain metal detectors in optimal working condition to ensure product safety and quality standards.
Participate in Lean projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and reducing waste.
Work with QA team to address High Care fabrication, glass, and Perspex issues.
Ensure all High Care equipment is audit-ready on audit days by maintaining proper documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficiently.
Knowledge of Lean principles and experience with continuous improvement projects is preferred.
Familiarity with High Care equipment and food safety standards are advantageous.
