Finishing Foreman – North Dublin€60,000-€70,000 + BenefitsAn established residential developer is seeking a Finishing Foreman to join their team in North Dublin. This is a permanent role offering excellent benefits and long-term career prospects.You’ll be responsible for ensuring high-quality completion of residential units, coordinating subcontractors, managing snagging, and delivering units ready for handover. You’ll work closely with site teams, ensuring safety, quality, and programme targets are met while providing excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities

Oversee on-site health & safety compliance
Track and report on programme progress and RTS/RTO dates
Coordinate subcontractors and commissioning activities
Conduct continuous inspections and resolve quality issues
Manage snagging teams and unit handovers
Monitor site labour and materials through daily allocation sheets
Own units from post-plaster stage through to final handover
Engage with internal teams and purchasers to ensure a smooth process
Provide support on aftercare issues and escalate recurring problems

Requirements

Trade background preferred
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to meet time and performance targets
Confident communicator and team player
Organised and self-motivated
