Salary: Negotiable (DOE)We are recruiting a QA Manager to join a well-established FMCG manufacturer, where quality, safety, and customer satisfaction are at the heart of everything they do. This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for overseeing the Quality Management System (QMS), regulatory compliance, customer audits, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Maintain accreditation and ensure ongoing customer approvals by managing a robust QMS.Lead internal and external audits (customer, and third-party etc).Develop and implement a comprehensive internal audit program.Own and update QMS documentation, ensuring compliance with evolving legislation and best practices.Investigate and manage non-conformances from audits, complaints, and supplier issues.Handle all quality-related customer communications, including queries, complaints, and technical requests.Analyse and report on quality performance metrics during management reviews.Drive continuous improvement across quality processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Qualifications & ExperienceEssential:Minimum 2 years’ experience in a QA Manager or similar leadership role in FMCG.Proven experience in leading audits and improving QMS performance.Strong leadership and team management capabilities.Full driving licence and car.Desirable:Experience working in a high-risk food manufacturing environment.The Ideal Candidate:Strong understanding of Quality Assurance within the FMCG sector.Solid technical knowledge of high-risk food production and food safety standards.Proven track record managing audits, corrective actions, and quality systems.Confident communicator who can influence and support cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.Detail-oriented, analytical, and results-focused.Comfortable with quality systems software and general IT tools.All applications are handled in strict confidence.
