As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be an integral part of our telephone-based Customer Service team, helping customers with motor breakdowns, home emergencies, and more. Join us in making a difference and supporting our customers every step of the way.What You'll Do:
- Deliver high-quality customer service in the areas of motor breakdowns and home emergencies.
- Provide relevant and accurate information on every call, utilizing the tools and training provided.
- Quickly become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in your area, understanding the assistance business to better help our customers and partners.
- Answer inbound calls, ensuring a quality and timely service throughout.
- Update internal systems and maintain accurate records for each customer.
- Keep everyone informed about the progress of cases, both internally and externally.
- Demonstrate the culture and values of AXA Partners in every interaction.
- 26.25 hours per week working 17:00 - 23.00 on weekdays.
- Work two weekends out of four (12:00 - 20:00).
