We are seeking a reliable Prep Chef to join our clients catering team on a temporary basis next week. The ideal candidate will be available all next week, detail-oriented, efficient, and able to support a busy kitchen team with essential preparation tasks.Key Responsibilities:Prepare, chop, and portion ingredients according to recipes and production schedules.Follow all HACCP, food hygiene, and safety procedures at all times.Correctly label, date, and store prepared items.Maintain prep stations and equipment in a clean, tidy, and organized condition.Safely operate kitchen equipment after training.Support the production team in meeting daily order requirements.Work collaboratively with the kitchen team and follow direction from senior chefs.Requirements:Previous experience as a prep chef or in a similar kitchen role.Strong knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP standards.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Team player with a flexible and positive attitude.
