Excel Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Chef to join our team of professional agency chefs in County Laois. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented and motivated chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the variety of working across different kitchens.Responsibilities:

Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes to a consistent standard
Supporting kitchen operations in line with health and safety regulations
Adapting quickly to new environments and teams
Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient workspace
Assisting with menu development and service where required

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sous Chef or higher
Strong culinary skills with a keen eye for detail
Flexibility and the ability to work across multiple locations
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A professional, reliable, and proactive attitude

Competitive pay: €18-€22 per hour, depending on experience
