We are recruiting for a Payroll Manager to join a large, well-established organisation with operations across Ireland and the UK. This is a key leadership role where you'll oversee a busy payroll function, manage a team, and ensure payroll is delivered accurately and on time for a high-volume workforce.Key Responsibilities:Lead the day-to-day payroll operations, covering both weekly and monthly cyclesManage and develop a payroll team, ensuring training and support are in placeMaintain compliance with Irish and UK payroll legislationPartner with Finance, HR, and external providers to ensure smooth payroll deliveryOversee payroll projects such as system upgrades, automation, and process improvementsEnsure accurate reporting and analysis of payroll data for senior managementAct as the main point of contact for payroll audits and compliance reviewsWhat We're Looking For:5+ years' payroll experience, including exposure to Irish and UK payrollsProven leadership skills and experience managing a payroll teamStrong technical knowledge of payroll systems and statutory requirementsExcellent attention to detail with the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environmentConfident communicator who can work cross-functionally and influence stakeholdersThis is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role with real impact in a supportive, forward-thinking organisation.
