- Maximise sales with existing accounts, ensuring strong customer relationships and repeat business.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in both domestic and export markets.
- Undertake regular travel in Ireland and overseas to meet clients, attend trade shows, and support business development initiatives.
- Provide customers with comprehensive product, promotional, and marketing support using both traditional and digital channels.
- Plan, attend, and manage exhibitions and trade events to promote the brand.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Customer Service and Production to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Deliver timely sales reports, feedback, and forecasts to management.
- Maintain accountability and ownership of assigned sales territories and accounts.
- Minimum 5 years' sales/marketing experience with consumer products or brands, ideally in fashion, textiles, or related industries.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business.
- Strong communication skills - verbal, written, and digital.
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to travel extensively.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong organisational, planning, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Full, clean driver's licence.
- Fluent in English (oral and written).
