Hartley People Recruitment in partnership with our client are hiring for an Account Manager in Waterford.This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and client-focused team in a permanent, full-time position. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day client relationships, ensuring high standards in communication, reporting, and service delivery.Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Prepare regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and manage email and phone correspondence.
  • Input data related to client billing and service tracking accurately.
  • Attend and contribute to client meetings as required.
  • Work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines and deliver client expectations.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service skills, including professional telephone etiquette.
  • Effectively manage time and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned.
  • Report directly to the Operations Manager.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with sound judgment.
  • Professional demeanour when interacting with clients and colleagues.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and adaptable to evolving priorities.
  • High standard of written reporting tailored to individual client needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Confident communicator who can build rapport with a wide range of stakeholders.
Additional Requirements:
  • Full driver’s licence required
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5:30pmBenefits include:
