- Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Prepare regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and manage email and phone correspondence.
- Input data related to client billing and service tracking accurately.
- Attend and contribute to client meetings as required.
- Work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines and deliver client expectations.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service skills, including professional telephone etiquette.
- Effectively manage time and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned.
- Report directly to the Operations Manager.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong relationship-building skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with sound judgment.
- Professional demeanour when interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and adaptable to evolving priorities.
- High standard of written reporting tailored to individual client needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Confident communicator who can build rapport with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Full driver’s licence required
