- Lead a people-first strategy, driving engagement, culture, and succession planning across a multi-site workforce.
- Partner with the CEO and senior leaders on business strategy, workforce planning, and organisational design.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and learning initiatives, including the rollout of digital learning platforms.
- Manage all employee and industrial relations matters, ensuring compliance with HR policies and employment legislation.
- Lead annual reward cycles and oversee gender pay gap analysis.
- Champion Diversity, Equality & Inclusion, strengthen employer brand, and deliver ESG priorities.
- Guide change management initiatives with clear communication and a people-centric approach.
- 5-10 years Senior HR leadership experience in multi-site environments
- Strong operational and strategic HR expertise, with the ability to influence at Executive level.
- Skilled in employee relations, talent development, reward, and stakeholder management.
- Collaborative, people-focused, and able to build trust across all levels of the business.
