- Drive recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
- HR Generalist experience.
- Oversee monthly payroll processes.
- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate annual HR initiatives, engagement programs, and company events.
- Oversee facilities management for Dublin offices.
- Supervise the Dublin HR team to ensure high-quality service.
- Report to the Head of HR and Admin.
- Undertake any additional duties or business travel as required, including facilities management.
- Strong knowledge of Irish labour law.
- Strong employee relations experience.
- Expertise in recruitment and talent management.
- Skilled in payroll oversight and HR policy development.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and initiatives.
- Aviation experience an advantage but not essential.
